Over the last couple of months we’ve dealt with our fair share of issues, from network outages to being compromised last November. We promised that we’d be back and we rebuilt from the ground up to provide you with a better service. The last few months have been difficult for everyone, with the cost of living constantly raising this also translate into business costs. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to keep things running at the price point we’re currently offering products for. For us to be able to provide you with the level of service we’ve been doing, we need to increase our prices beyond what we’d like and what I feel is fair.
This means, as of 1st July 2022, Pixel Networks will be closing it’s doors fully. This was our final hurrah and unfortunately it didn’t pay off. We’re unable to turn a profit when people aren’t wanting to spend money or aren’t able to spend money and I wouldn’t want to be the person or the business to force someone with that choice. This does not mean your services will end.
As of June 27, 2022, FyfeWeb Ltd. has acquired the customers from former web hosting provider Pixel Networks. Pixel Networks has worked with FyfeWeb for many years, and as the Pixel Networks company closes down, the decision has been made to transfer existing customers of Pixel over to FyfeWeb in order to maintain services of customers. Further information will be provided to customers directly, but services will be maintained as they are.
Pixel Networks has been around since 2017 and I’m proud of how far we’ve come. However, this is the end for Pixel Networks. Our domains will shortly show a farewell page and eventually be turned off. To protect our customers, our domain, branding and assets will not be for sale so please do not ask about this. I wanted to thank our staff team, Leo and Luke for their tireless efforts with Pixel. You’ve helped us get to where we are. This is goodbye.. thanks for all your support.
