Hiring for our customer support team

Pixel Networks is hiring Customer Service Advisors to assist our customer base on our Discord and Pixel+ Platform. Working remotely using our online systems, you will answer customer questions, resolve issues, handle complaints, and sell services and products. You will have an aptitude for following policies, have a confident ‘texting’ manner, and perform all tasks with customer satisfaction in mind. The perfect candidate will have previous Customer Service Advisor or sales experience (in a hosting background), excellent communication skills, and possess good time management skills.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Answer Discord and Pixel+ Tickets
  • Resolve enquiries and complaints
  • Cross-sell products
  • Maintain customer records
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Able to listen, project empathy, and resolve complaints
  • Be a team player
  • Able to organise, prioritise, and multitask
  • You Must be 18+

This is a voluntary role and you will not be paid, you will receive some staff benefits however
